From Novato : Take Highway 101 South to the Lucas Valley exit. At the light, go right onto Smith Ranch road. Continue on Smith Ranch Road towards McInnis Park. Turn right just before the train tracks and follow the road to the end to the Flyte Sports Center. Once parked, enter via the door at the middle of the building to come into the Flyte Wellness Center.
